  • If your claim was denied, we fight to have it accepted.

  • We can get your old claim reopened if something was missed.

  • We make sure you’re receiving every benefit you deserve—including retroactive ones that WCB might not offer without a push.
  • Ensuring you are receiving all benefits and services you are entitled to which can include retroactive benefits (most case managers do not offer additional benefits but a skilled advocate knows what to request and how to fight for it).

  • If you’ve been left with a permanent disability, we’ll work to secure your lump sum payment.

  • If WCB says you’re “fit” for work that isn’t right for you, we’ll appeal that decision.
